Doug is the RRTC's Director of Software Operations, and has been with the center since November of 2003. He holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Engineering.
His primary responsibilities are writing web-based software applications and developing relational databases for the Center's data needs. He also provides technical support for RRTC staff and for participants in the center's online trainings.
