Workshop Description:
You keep hearing about the ‘Verbal Behavior Approach’ and maybe you’ve even run the VB-MAPP but what’s really going on here? Is this a ‘new’ intervention package? Is it ABA? ABA-lite? This two-day workshop will walk you through Verbal Behavior from a fateful meeting at a Harvard dinner party to the cutting edge intervention packages that can get children talking, listening, engaging socially and most importantly, becoming active members in their communities. The presentation will be an engaging mix of lecture, video examples and hands-on activities.
