Presenter(s): Dawn Hendricks, Selena Layden, Noel Woolard
The Comprehensive Autism Planning System (CAPS) is a comprehensive, yet easy-to-use system that provides a framework to assist educators in implementing an instructional program for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
In this presentation, a case study of a student with ASD is provided. The presenters go through each of the essential elements of the CAPS and demonstrate how they were addressed in the context of general education to provide a high-quality and consistent program.
